New Class Announcement!!

Ideal for those with little-to-no Yoga experience, Yoga Basics for Beginners explores Yoga one step at a time. This class is a beginner’s level slow flow that is friendly for all body types. We focus on executing proper and safe physical alignment, and finding the best positions for your unique body. Students will learn Yoga philosophy, breathing techniques, and asana (pose) flows that they can practice at home. The ultimate goal is to help students build their confidence in their holistic practice of Yoga.
