Located in Duluth, Georgia outside of Atlanta, Jeju is one of my favorite getaway spots for when I want to rest with absolutely no responsibilities. A Korean-style sauna, it’s not like your typical Western spa. Here the focus isn’t on being pampered, but on simply being still. It’s a collection of hot saunas and wet spaces used to detox the body as well as the mind and spirit.
On this visit, I made a tour video which goes in depth for newbies who have never been and want to know what to expect. But as with all things, nothing beats going and experiencing it for your Self!
