“Wellness” and “Self care” are popular phrases tossed around a lot these days, yet they can be hard to actually practice. Sometimes we need help through knowledgeable and patient guidance. Sometimes we need a safe space to be vulnerable without judgement. Sometimes we need to talk to someone objective in order to work out our thoughts. And all of that is okay. Because despite the term, Self care doesn’t have to be by yourself.
As a wellness professional, it is both my honor and pleasure to help others reach their personal development goals. With an approach balanced in both scientific and spiritual study, I provide focused and dedicated guidance to support you on your soulful journey to peace, power, and freedom. I assist and affirm you as you gain the skills to make healing and wellness a habitual part of your everyday Self care.
My private sessions do not follow a cookie-cutter format; they are as unique as you are. Together, we collaborate to set your inner intentions and develop an effective strategy to meet them. Session options are:

5-Week Wellness Package
This option takes your wellness sessions to a whole new level. With one 90-minute lesson a week, it is a five-week customized curriculum tailored to meet your very specific holistic needs. We center the highest of your wellness goals and create tangible steps and practices to achieve them. This offering allows for more guidance and structure than a single private lessons can provide, and is a great option for those who want to truly deepen their knowledge of wellness and Self care.
Along with your weekly 90-minute lessons, I provide you with assignments to encourage your commitment to wellness, additional resources to increase your wellness knowledge, and accountability check-ins to motivate your growth as you continue your Self care practices at home.
Example: Student-A purchases a 5-Week Wellness package and schedules their weekly sessions for Mondays. We have a consultation and determine that we should focus on learning Yoga poses to help with Student-A’s back pain (physical), energy work for healing the Heart Chakra from a recent break-up (spiritual/emotional), and meditation methods to increase feelings of joy and gratitude (spiritual/mental/emotional). At each Monday session, we build on what we’ve worked on before, and at-home assignments are given; each week Student-A must work on an ever-growing sequence of poses and end practice with a custom-made 10-minute meditation. They must also keep a daily reflection journal. Every session and assignment is recorded and uploaded to their private student page. Student-A has shared that it’s hard to stick with practice over the weekends, so each Friday I contact them for a quick check on their progress and to give extra encouragement and affirmation for their commitment to their growth. I also provide them with additional readings on Chakra healing to supplement their learning. By the end of the five weeks, we have combined the different dimensions of wellness into a sacred ritual for Student-A to continue to practice on their own, with knowledge on how to further evolve their ritual in the future when needed.
Private lessons allow you to take your wellness education beyond the basics of standardized studio classes. With me as your dedicated teacher, your sessions become hand-made lesson plans designed specifically for your peace, power, and freedom!
